The audit has two parts.

First, a diagnostic of where your marketing actually stands. Your messaging, your systems, who you’re reaching, where your time and money go versus where results come from.

Then we go deeper. Through exercises and conversations, we work through your values, goals, purpose, and the taste that drives how you make decisions.

Everything from this phase becomes the raw material we build the strategy from.

The audit gave us the material, this is where we use it.

We come together and start generating ideas. Directions your marketing could take, ways to position your business that reflect who you actually are, approaches to reaching the right people without resorting to tactics that feel wrong.

Using the creative process, we will create ideas and narrow everything down into one cohesive plan.
